Product Description

1. The Shangchai SC11CB255G2B1 (C6121ZG16C) engine, with a power of 187KW, is powerful and reliable, and the theoretical climbing degree of the machine is more than 100%.The new type of support device for the engine and gearbox of the rubbish compaction truck with novel structure and good effect has been awarded by the state. 
 
2. The special Hangtooth power shift transmission adopts German Z F technology, ZW350 torque converter, three in, three out, and reasonable speed ratio distribution.

3.  The front and rear drive axles of the rubbish compactor with embedded free wheels and imported NO SPIN differentials achieve independent driving of all wheels, which improves the performance of anti-skid, anti-sagging and hill climbing.

 4. The two-point auxiliary support front drive shaft with a certain amount of elastic float ensures the accuracy and reliability of the transmission.

 5. The compaction wheel tooth structure, which has good impact crushing and compaction effect on rubbish and less impact on the vibration of the vehicle body, has been awarded the utility model and design.

6. The load sensing flow amplifying full hydraulic steering system is reasonably designed, sensitive and reliable in operation and use. 

7. The imported parts of the steering system adopt advanced SAOER-DANFO SS piston pump, steering gear, flow amplifier with priority valve, electric proportional valve, and electronically controlled joystick. 

8. It has national front and rear frame articulation and swing structure, good chassis closure performance, chassis structure optimisation, chassis passing height is more than 450-500MM, applicable to the harsh working conditions of landfill. 

9. The lifting height of the shovel is more than 1000mm, and the maximum digging depth reaches 350mm, which is conducive to the paving of rubbish and the walking of the machine.
 VOGEL microcomputer-controlled programmable automatic centralised lubrication system imported from Germany, with timed and quantitative lubrication. 

10. Rear hood flip mechanism and cab flip mechanism, the main transmission components within reach, easy maintenance of the engine.
