- A: As per most applications, we provide guarantee for 1 year / 2,000 hours after shipment (whichever comes first) including the main parts like engine / gearbox / pump /main structure etc but excluding easy-wearing parts.
- Q: Do we accept to customize the products as per requirement?
- A: Yes, we accept OEM and customize for some brands. Such as color, logo, engine, structure parts etc.
- Q: What's our payment terms?
- A: At beginning we can do T/T payment terms before shipment with new clients, after sometime cooperation and based on trust between each other, we can expand to L/C, OA orders depend on situation.
- Q: How should we get the spare parts when we need in future?
- A: We always suggest clients to buy together with machine / equipment with 1/2 years spare parts based on technical suggestions to avoid any possible sudden need in future. But if not, we can always provide and deliver at any time.
