Travelling motor Adopting single-motor travel drive technology, the whole travel system adopts one motor, which is connected to the drive axle through the transmission shaft, optimizing the power matching, so that the whole machine has greater torque output and faster response speed. The motor adjusts the rotational speed in real time according to the throttle opening, realizing the stepless speed change of the whole machine.
Drive Axle Reinforced drive axle is adopted, with optimized design of the axle shell, enlarged cross-section of the shell, and 10% increase in load-bearing capacity and bending resistance. The strong construction machinery drive shaft has strong impact resistance and high reliability of power transmission. Key structural parts are subjected to finite element analysis to reduce stress concentration and eliminate local weaknesses to ensure that they meet all kinds of harsh working conditions. The front and rear frames are of heavy-duty and super-strong design, with thick steel plates, high strength and strong load-bearing capacity.
